Over the past few months, Celia Daniels and Ray Walters have forced Dylan Penders and April Windsor into various criminal activities. Initially, they forced Dylan into drug dealing. But soon April was a part of their dodgy operation. The drug dealers forced her into sex slavery and also troubled her family. Furthermore, Bear Wolf is also one of the captives. They have been forcing him to do modern-day slavery.
Celia and Ray have manipulated him so much that he refused to run with April. In Wednesday’s episode, Celia decided to kill Bear Wolf in a bid to tie up any loose ends. However, she also ordered Ray to deal with April Windsor. But after a tense confrontation, Ray changed his plan. He told the teenager to run away.
New Year Starts With A Deadly Twist!
Meanwhile, in yesterday’s episode, Ray was nervous. He struggled to deal with his emotions in front of Laurel. He called himself a coward for his past actions. However, Ray didn’t specify to Laurel what actions he was talking about.
Further, when Marlon knocked on the door, Ray was uneasy, but Laurel urged him to stand up to Celia. He told her that he let April go free. She slapped him and ordered him to deal with the matter.
However, Ray refused to follow her order, so Celia mocked Ray’s past. He stood there tearful. Then, after giving Ray an angry speech, she stood there to calm down and hugged him. Then just as it seemed that she had manipulated her adopted son once again, the story took an unexpected turn.
