Princess Kate Releases “Winter” Instalment Of Her Series

In the final video, “Winter,” Catherine is seen walking over a bridge and dipping her hand inside a stream. She then stands in a frosty field and provides a voiceover about her personal experiences. While narrating, she talks about winter. She also says spending time in nature helps her understand herself.

The Princess explains that the rivers within people flow with ease, and tears cleanse and purify, while describing nature as a guide that helps to heal. In the caption, she shared that the “Mother Nature” series has been a” personal, creative reflection on how nature has helped me heal.” Furthermore, she signed her post with “C.” The letter represents her first name, Catherine.

Will Warr captured the video in locations including Berkshire. She lived there with Prince William and their children. She also lived in London and the Cotswolds. The series started in May 2025 during Mental Health Awareness Week. And it was followed by “Summer” in August and “Autumn” in November. The installation came a year after Kate said she was in remission.

Kate also honoured Mother Nature on Mothering Sunday. Mother’s Day in March 2025 is the U.K. equivalent of the same, as she shared a video filled with many outdoor scenes. In the caption, Kate said nature has been their refuge for the past year. She asked people to appreciate it on Mother’s Day.
