Helen Flanagan has been spotted out for the first time since fresh claims accused her ex, Scott Sinclair, of “forcing her out” of their £1m family home. And, she didn’t just stay silent through it. As the Coronation Street star steps back into view amid the latest property drama, she’s also appeared to take a subtle swipe online that hints everything behind the scenes is not okay.

Helen Seen For The First Time Since The £1m Home Claims

Helen, 35, currently lives in the six-bedroom Bolton mansion with the three children she shares with Scott, 35. But new reports suggest Scott is keen to sell the home they once shared, while Helen reportedly “doesn’t want to move” and is “digging her heels in” over the situation. Still, Helen put the drama to one side when she stepped out. She was seen in public for the first time since the accusations surfaced.

Helen was photographed heading to the shops, keeping her composure even as the home row continues to make headlines. She made a bold appearance in a huge pink fur coat, paired with tight black trousers and a large furry black handbag. Helen looked busy as she spoke on the phone and carried a shopping bag. It gave the impression like she was trying to stay focused on everyday life despite the storm surrounding her.

Why The House Fight Has Become So Bitter

Not long after she was spotted, Helen took to social media and shared a telling message. Using a series of emojis, she suggested her “mind is blown” and hinted she needed to go for a run to “clear her head.” The timing of the post immediately raised suspicions, especially with the claims about him pushing to sell the home.

Although Helen and Scott were together for 13 years, they never married. And the Bolton property is solely in Scott’s name. That detail is now at the centre of the latest conflict, as insiders claim Scott is determined to sell while Helen wants stability for herself and the kids. The mansion was reportedly listed for £1.5 million last year before being reduced to £995,000. And sources now say Scott feels a six-bedroom home is “way too big” for Helen to live in alone.

However, those close to Helen claim she’s refusing to budge because the children are settled at school. A friend of Helen’s alleged Scott pays the bills and wants the house sold. But also claimed Helen “loves the place” and doesn’t want her family uprooted. Helen and Scott split in 2022. But their relationship has reportedly continued to break down since then. Now, sources claim they no longer communicate directly and that everything goes through Helen’s parents. Stay tuned to Soap Opera Daily for more Coronation Street spoilers.
