She was angry and anxious after realising that she allowed such a dangerous man to be near her kids. Meanwhile, this week began with a special week of flashback episodes to explore various suspects of Ray’s murder.
In Monday’s flashback episode, Ray went to Laurel. He told her about his traumatic childhood. Furthermore, he begged her to set her free. Then Arthur confronted him and threatened him. Later, Nicola told Laurel to lure Ray. However, the soap fans saw Laurel again in Thursday’s episode. They saw Arthur stealing Ray’s bag from his car. Then he rushed home, where Laurel was speaking to Nicola.
When she saw Arthur with a bag, she told Nicola to go away and asked Arthur to explain himself. She saw drugs in the bag. Arthur told her that he didn’t know about it. He added that he stole it to stop Ray from fleeing. However, Laurel wasn’t convinced.

Meanwhile, Arthur told his mother to call the police. She said that it wouldn’t look good as they have drugs in the house. This led to a heated argument. Arthur told his mother that she had brought another loser into the house.
He added that even his father would be disgusted. She was angry and slapped him. When she tried to look at his wound, he left the house. The viewers wonder – Will Arthur forgive his mother?
Elsewhere, the soap fans finally learned Ray’s killer was in Thursday’s episode. They found out that Bear Wolf isn’t dead. He was responsible for killing the drug dealer in front of Paddy and Dylan.
