However, Judge Tina Landale said that he ignored those warnings and encouraged him to get drunk. During sex, he choked him hard, fracturing his neck cartilage. Furthermore, prosecutor Anne Whyte KC added that Baxter had specific sexual interests. They had also spoken about it on the app.
Meanwhile, Baxter claimed that Michael arrived at 4:27 p.m. They talked about general things. They discussed their limits in sex.
