Coronation Street has more drama to offer next week, and honestly, every storyline hits hard. Theo’s Birthday Turns Toxic in Coronation Street

Todd Grimshaw and Summer Spellman try to celebrate Theo Silverton’s birthday with a cheerful singalong, but Theo barely hides his disappointment as he opens his presents. At the Bistro, he invites Gary and Maria Windass to join him while Todd runs late.

When Todd finally arrives, Theo’s glare says it all. After lunch, Theo insists they pay for Gary and Maria, leaving Todd admitting to Nick Tilsley that he only has £80.

Back home, Theo accuses Todd of ruining his birthday and demands wine. Todd suggests coffee instead, and Theo explodes. Crockery smashes and the night ends in chaos. The next morning, Todd tells George Shuttleworth he will not be at work and clears up the mess.

Gary spots Theo waking in his van, and Theo claims money worries caused the row. Todd later throws a broken blender across the room in frustration. Gary arranges a talk between them, but tension lingers. George faces added strain when another funeral is cancelled, piling pressure on him.

George Targeted As Theo Plots in Coronation Street

Friends rally around Todd in the Rovers, but he storms out when he sees Theo. James Bailey helps a drunken Todd home while Theo watches nearby. Things worsen when Theo overhears that James stayed on Todd’s sofa. At Speed Daal, Theo notices Adam Barlow meeting Annie, the woman accusing George of fraud.

Soon, fake news articles circulate, trashing George’s reputation. Maggie Driscoll reads them in the Rovers and calls George the “local conman,” banning him from the pub. Todd and Christina Boyd defend him and get barred too. Theo keeps tracking Todd through his app, staying one step ahead.

CS/ Amy and Lauren’s feud

Amy Barlow heads out on her first proper date with Ollie Driscoll, leaving Lauren Bolton visibly rattled. Lauren accidentally drenches Amy with drinks, yet Amy later gushes about how well the date went. Maggie urges Lauren to dress up and show Ollie what he is missing. At Speed Daal, Ollie cannot take his eyes off Lauren when she arrives looking stunning. After learning Maggie pushed Lauren to interrupt, Ollie confronts her. Lauren admits she still likes him and wishes they were together.

Steve invites Ben Driscoll to Jim McDonald’s funeral for support, sparking jealousy from Tim Metcalfe. Liz and Andy stay away. After the service, Jim’s army mates share stories in the Rovers. Maggie pressures Ben to leave early due to his hospital appointment. He misses his echocardiogram after waking hungover, and Eva Price reminds Maggie not to take her grief out on others.

CS/ Jodie and David’s mess

Jodie Ramsey lands in trouble when David the dog urinates on Adam’s car and later a bag of dog poo appears attached to it. Tracy Barlow threatens environmental health. Daniel Osbourne advises Adam to catch the culprit in the act, but Jodie and David strike again. Lily Platt warns them that the Weatherfield Community page will expose them. Jodie panics, fearing her ex could track her down if he sees the video. Meanwhile, Alya Nazir secretly meets her former boss at Fabians.

Sam Blakeman falls sick at the bus stop, and Leanne Battersby worries something deeper is wrong beyond exam stress. Megan Welsh dismisses her concerns, but later flirts on the phone with Will Driscoll, unaware that Leanne overhears. Megan continues taking digs at Sam. Nick, Leanne and Toyah Battersby agree he is overworking himself. Hope Stape tells Sam that bullies are cowards. Megan warns him that no one will believe his “ludicrous theory” about her and Will. Sam finally stands tall and tells her he is not afraid anymore. For more such Coronation Street Spoilers, keep following Soap Opera Daily!
