Cain has been hiding the truth from everyone. His granddaughter, Sarah Sugden, knows that he has cancer and has been supporting him.
Sarah has been encouraging him to tell the truth, but he is adamant about keeping it a secret. But she issued him an ultimatum to tell the truth to Moira. Next week, Cain decides to reveal his cancer to his wife. He goes to meet his wife in prison in Monday’s episode. He tells her that he has aggressive prostate cancer that needs radical surgery.
Though he previously told Moira that he had cancer, he told her that it would be cured easily. But as the truth is now out, she is shattered. Meanwhile thai scene is the longest scene of the couple. It lasts 12 and a half minutes.
