Danielle Harold revealed that she once stood in a queue for long hours. In a newspaper, Harold spotted a casting advertisement. She felt it might be the beginning of an acting career. The audition was for Luna Lovegood. Fans will remember the character from the later Harry Potter films.

Elsewhere, Danielle wasn’t the only one. Hundreds of hopeful young actors had shown up. They all wanted to get the part. Convinced it was a big moment, she joined the queue excitedly.
Danielle would often dress up with a cloak. Later, she used to pretend to be a wizard as she went around her house. While standing close to the front og the line, Danielle thought it was her chance to audition. However, the gates were suddenly closed before she could enter. After this, Danielle was left heartbroken.

Still, Danielle didn’t give up acting. And after a long time, she got her best role. She portrayed Lola Pearce in the BBC soap opera. Lola was diagnosed with cancer in the storyline. She frequently suffered from headaches and dizziness. In fact, at a talent show, she even collapsed. In her last days, she was with her daughter Lexi and Jay Brown.

Later, to come to terms with her diagnosis, she and Jay visited Margate. It was the seaside town of her childhood. However, soon her health rapidly declines. And Lola returns home to Albert Square. However, she died the next year. Billy Mitchell, Jay and Lexi stayed by her side.
