Kylie Jenner sparked some grave concern among fans with her latest Instagram reel. The American media personality posted a clip of herself hanging her head out of a moving car on both Instagram and X/Twitter. In the video, the 26-year-old Kardashians star grooved to Billie Eilish’s song “Birds of a Feather” without wearing a seatbelt. Kylie and her pals, Anastasia Karanikolaou and Carter Gregory, were enjoying the nightlife while lip-syncing to Billie’s new track.
The clip began with Jenner slowly saying, “I want you to stay,” before the camera moved to Carter. He smiled and sang, “Till I’m in the grave,” and Stassie finished the line by singing, “Till I rot away dead and buried.” Additionally, they all took turns portraying different versions of Billie while getting into the song. But at one point, the Kylie Cosmetics founder stuck her head out of the car window. Furthermore, the beauty mogul let her dark hair fly in the wind.
The trio carried on the fun by walking around a neighborhood, still lip-syncing. The video ended on a high note, with Kylie and Stassie singing, holding hands, and hugging as the screen faded to black. Jenner captioned the post, “WE SHOULD STICK TOGETHER!!” and her half-sister Kim Kardashian gave it a thumbs up! While the KUWTK star was clearly having a blast, netizens had a mix of positive and worried reactions.
Some fans thought the video was a bit “cringe” and confronted Kylie for her reckless behavior. For instance, one user referenced a scene from the horror movie Hereditary. In the scene, the character pops out his head and gets decapitated by a telephone pole. They asked, “Have they never seen hereditary?????” while the other warned, “Stop sticking your heads out of the windows.” Despite the negative comments, Jenner’s post got a plethora of compliments.
