Fans are in for a treat as the soap has announced an exciting live event featuring soap legend Claire King. Claire, known for her role as Kim Tate, will take centre stage for the first in a series of live ‘An Evening with…’ events. It will take place on July 26 at the Westwood Hotel in Lawnswood.
The iconic ‘Queen of Soaps,’ Claire, will join This Morning regular Sharon Marshall to chat and celebrate her amazing soap opera legacy. They’ll talk about some of King’s most memorable moments, replay her best scenes, and even hint at future storylines. Fans will have a chance to ask King their own questions, too.
Tickets are available on the Emmerdale Village Tours website. Standard tickets are £55, and premium ones, including a personal meet and greet with King, a complimentary drink, and a Souvenir Guidebook, are £85. King expressed that Kim Tate has been an incredible part of her life.
She described the role as a gift for any actor and felt very lucky to play such a powerful character. She stated, “I am rather fond of her, to be honest, and can’t wait to see what she gets up to next.” The actress also highlighted her excitement about meeting fans in Yorkshire.
