Georgia May Foote Undergoes ‘Last-Minute’ Surgery
Georgia May Foote (Katy Armstrong) recently revealed her hospitalisation. The soap actress announced on Instagram that she had an emergency surgery on July 27. She shared the news on her business page. Also, let us tell you that the star now works as a nail technician.
She wrote on her business handle, “Clients booked in last week, I just wanted to let you know that I had last-minute surgery today. She mentioned that she was uncertain about the recovery process or how quickly she could resume work. She added, “So, I am just giving a heads up that your appointment may change.”
Although the star has not made any announcements on her main Instagram page, earlier, she revealed a dramatic dark hair transformation on this page. Along with the pictures, she posted, “New Hair. Back to the dark side! By the absolute best @natalieaustonhair.”
Previously, the ITV actress opened up about her experiences with vitiligo, a condition that causes skin discolouration. She mentioned how every time she goes on vacation and gets a tan, she notices the spread of her vitiligo more than before, which affects her emotionally.
She admitted that it makes her feel very ‘insecure’ at times. However, Georgia also shared that the support and love from those around her comfort her. Despite this, she acknowledged feeling disheartened when she saw people staring and scrutinising her condition.
