Lily Brooks O’Briant Returns To The Show
According to the latest updates, The Young and the Restless star Lily Brooks O’Briant has made a comeback. The teen daughter of Michael Graziadei’s Danny and Vail Bloom’s Heather, Lucy Romalotti was MIA for a while. This young actress, who recently turned 18 this month, has been part of the CBS show since February 2023. This soap opera marks her acting debut in the world of American soap operas.
Ever since she joined the Y&R cast, she has been on and off the canvas. As per reports, Lucy has been facing some health challenges which affects her time on the soap. Last year, O’Briant underwent surgery for endometriosis after suffering from persistent pain for many years. However, she kept her fans updated on social media, detailing her health journey.

Despite struggling with her health over the last couple of years, the actress found success in the entertainment industry. Many would know that she first began with musical theatre, her move to TV series was a turning point in her career. During a conversation with Daytime Confidential, O’Briant discussed her experience filming her first few Y&R episodes.
She said, “Oh, my God! It was so intimidating, but the moment I got on set, everyone made me feel so welcome. I love being part of the show. It’s so iconic and I’m just really honored to be here and be part of this night and the celebration of 50 years in the Restless.” Wait to see her alongside Reylynn Caster’s Faith and her onscreen dad on the CBS series for the upcoming drama.
Two Characters Will Make Significant Impact
Meanwhile, Reylynn Caster and Conner Floyd will continue their runs in their respective characters. Caster, who plays the role of Faith Newman on the Young and the Restless, first appeared on the show in 2021. Faith was previously played by Alyvia Alyn Lind for almost ten years. As the youngest daughter of Nick and Sharon Newman, Faith was last seen in a risky situation with a bomb nearby.
Luckily, Conner Floyd’s Chance Chancellor saved her by defusing the bomb. After this traumatic incident, Faith became distressed and asked to move back to school. This time, Caster will feature more prominently on the show, appearing in scenes with her TV family. Expect to see her next to Sharon Case’s Sharon, Camryn Grimes’ Mariah, and Joshua Morrow’s Nick.
Speaking of Conner Floyd, he will get more screen time as Chance Chancellor. He will help counsel his girlfriend, Allison Lanier’s Summer through an important decision. His character is part of the recurring cast and is involved in a budding romance with Summer.

While his love life on the show kept him busy, he also managed to be involved in major storylines. After Donny Baraz left the role in 2021, Floyd took over and made his debut in November.
