While Sarah receives treatment at the hospital, Xander will likely update Maggie and Fiona about the hit-and-run over the phone. Fiona will need to feign ignorance and conceal her guilt while comforting Xander in the waiting area. Elsewhere, Leo will suspect Marlena of having multiple personalities.
