The star recently appeared in an interview with Soap Opera Digest and expressed her initial concerns about her character, Taylor’s motives. According to her, she had doubts when B&B Head Writer Bradley Bell approached her with the character. She was unsure of what Taylor was actually supposed to do.
To find out if Taylor was meant to stalk Brooke and Ridge during their trip, the actress reached out to the B&B bosses for details. However, the answer was “no.” Viewers know that the soap introduced the new Taylor first as a mystery woman spying on the couple. It has now turned out that the real reason for her visit to Monaco wasn’t to follow the lovebirds after all.
According to Budig, Taylor had an appointment at Monte Carlo and just happened to spot the romantic couple. That definitely makes more sense, as booking a trip solely to stalk someone would be quite strange even for Taylor. Her call to Steffy afterward might seem like she is interested in seeing her kids, but that may not be the case. We bet that she returned to do something big.
