General Hospital: Suspects in Johnny Wactor’s Murder Case Maintain Innocence in Court

Suspects in Johnny’s Case Plead Not Guilty

Two weeks later, four people were arrested in connection with the shooting. They are: Robert Isaiah Barceleau, Sergio Estrada, and Frank Olano, and Leonel Gutierrez.

Moreover, they have since pleaded not guilty to various charges, including murder, attempted robbery, and firearm possession. Barceleau, identified as the gunman, faces a potential life sentence without parole if convicted. The preliminary hearing for Olano, Estrada, and Barceleau is scheduled for October 16. Meanwhile, Gutierrez is expected to enter his guilty plea by September 11.
