Brady Black is all set to sacrifice himself at the altar for a crime he hasn’t even committed, reveal Days of Our Lives Spoilers. Sadly, his drunken blackout has ensured that he has forgotten who the real culprit is. We know that it was actually Fiona Cook who was driving and hit Sarah with the car, while Brady was actually passed out in the passenger seat.
In the upcoming episodes, Brady gets a savior who saves his skin from the law, as well as, Xander Cook. And the savior is none other than Sarah herself. As time passes, Sarah begins to recall the night of the accident. Once the pieces begin to fit the puzzle one by one, she remembers that Brady was not the person behind the wheel.
But will Sarah remember seeing Fiona driving the car? Days of Our Lives Spoilers reveal that Marlena Evans will step in to help Sraah fill in the missing pieces of her memory. The doctor will use Hypno therapy to guide Sarah back to the night of the accident mentally, and help her to recall what she actually saw before getting run over.
Days spoilers tease that as soon as Fiona catches wind that Sarah is beginning to recall the hit and run accident, she’ll panic and decide to flee Salem. After all, who would want to endure Xander Cook’s wrath? Unfortunately, she won’t be able to evade the consequences of her actions this time.

I think she was there for a short term story line, and Sarah will remember everything before to long(sooner rather than later)& then she’ll be locked up and we just won’t hear about her anymore. She just proved to Xander that he was right about her his whole life. I think Sarah will walk again, probably will renew vows with Xander since this all happened on their wedding night., and she will stand up from the wheel chair and walk down the aisle to Xander.
