It was a dark day in the history of Emmerdale when Tom, the evil manipulator made us all, including Belle, believe that the sweet little Piper was gone. The whole incident had indeed enraged all the viewers with fans petitioning against the whole storyline. However, thankfully enough, now we know, Tom hadn’t killed Piper, he just made everyone believe so.
In fact, in the scenes that aired later on there, we saw him giving away Piper to another couple. However now, the actress and on-screen mom to Piper, Eden Taylor Draper has opened up about her desire to bring Piper back. But would she be able to? Keep reading to find out.
The scenes from the whole Tom-Belle Domestic abuse thing were heart-wrenching to say the least. In fact, it wasn’t just Belle’s torment that made us all flinch, it was also the apparent killing of Piper the dog that made all of our hearts go “Whattttt?”
However, now we know that while Belle’s torment was all real. Tom hadn’t killed Piper, and just given him away to another couple. Now, almost a month has passed by and Eden Taylor has opened up abbey her hope and desire to bring Piper back.
Talking about the whole equation between her and the dog, Eden says that she loves Piper more than anything. In fact, Piper meant everything to her. He was the reason why Belle really left Tom. It wasn’t for herself, it was for Piper and that is huge.
She explained that Piper is Belle’s little lifeline who saved her. He is her best friend and she is going to fight to get her back. Given how fierce the actress talks about it, it looks like Belle is indeed going to fight for Piper and there is a huge possibility that the dog could be back sooner than later.
Tom and Belle’s story is going to continue in the next week of Emmerdale, and it looks like big things are coming up. Belle will consider reporting Tom to the police, but could it be all?
