EJ will plan to leverage this affidavit to persuade Paulina that he deserves to remain Salem’s district attorney.
While Paulina may still have reservations, EJ will take bold steps and make significant promises to strengthen his case. Meanwhile, in the hospital, Gabi will respond to Stefan’s latest news. Stefan recently visited to inform her that he has consulted his lawyer and is moving forward with a divorce. Although Gabi will try to act indifferent, it’s clear she still has feelings for Stefan and longs for a different outcome.
That’s evident because she had a dream, where Stefan pleaded for her to take him back. A part of Gabi will desire such a plea from Stefan, and she might agree if he were to ask her. They will likely come to an agreement about ending their marriage.
Abigail’s Deception Game
Elsewhere, Abigail will need to think quickly when it comes to Chad. Chad will consider informing the kids about her surviving and returning to Salem, but she will try to object. She may ask for more time in hopes of regaining her memory to make the reunion with her children more meaningful. Naturally, fans know Abigail is an imposter who never spent time with Chad in Paris. Yet, she will continue to weave her web of lies, hoping for a favorable outcome. Unfortunately, Leo’s big mouth could create complications.
Chad mentioned that Julie took the kids to Sweet Bits, making it likely that Leo will encounter them in the town square. It is expected that Leo will make a mistake in front of Thomas, Charlotte, and Julie. He might accidentally reveal that Abigail is alive, leaving the kids confused.
