EastEnders is lining up a fire drama on the BBC soap, according to cast members of the show. Viewers know that Nish Panesar is nearing his end in Walford and some of his onscreen family members recently opened up about his fate on the soap opera. Shiv Jalota, who portrays Vinny Panesar, recently spoke to The Mirror and poured fuel on the fire rumours ahead of Nish’s exit. According to sources, EastEnders is going to celebrate its 40th anniversary by setting a huge fire that will tear through Walford. Furthermore, it’s been said that more than one building will be destroyed, and several characters’ lives will be at risk.
Viewers are convinced that someone from the Panesar family will start the fire after being betrayed by Nish. We recently saw Nish leaving everything in his will to his grandchildren, not his children or his ex-Suki, so someone out of them might be coming to take revenge. Even though there has been no announcement from the BBC Soap but, Vinny actor Shiv’s comments about a fiery twist has led to speculation between fans.

Jalota said, “There is gonna be a lot of fire. I can’t say too much. There’s gonna be [twists and turns ahead]. Nish Panesar is such a massive villain, and Navin Chowdhry plays him so well. Anything can happen at the moment. The soap is so good right now that it’s all unpredictable.” Along with him, Priya star Sophie Khan tried not to reveal much but hinted that there is a lot more to come before Nish leaves.
While talking about taking revenge on Nish, Sophie said Priya’s main concern is her kids, and now that he has left everything to them, this is her ‘Hurrah’ moment.
