Kate is already very popular among those who work closely with her, and know her for her kind nature. She often divides her time quite effectively between her children, husband, and royal duties.
This time Kate Middleton is in the news for introducing her youngest son to the staff in a manner that has left them deeply touched. An anonymous former member of the royal staff opened up to the media that Prince William wants everything to be casual. The kids are usually running around the office, and it isn’t stuffy at all.
However, the source did add that if there is an important meeting, or if they are going to Buckingham Palace, everyone dresses up. The couple is known to be respectful of the royal traditions, but they are also known to have diverged from the traditional norms of parenting on many occasions. They want to make it a blend of modern and traditional parenting.
The source also added that Kate and William want their youngsters to be able to talk about their feelings instead of losing their temper and raising their voices, with one insider claiming shouting is “off limits” in their homes. Parenting consultant Kirsty Ketle recently praised Kate Middleton’s parenting style and stated that it is one to be followed.

“In Kate’s case, she has a tight-knit family and her childhood home was full of love,” Kirsty stated while pointing out that the Princess is becoming quite an icon in the parenting and early years world. It’s truly heartwarming to know that despite the strict norms and standards, William and Kate have managed to find the “sweet spot” when it comes to effective and gentle parenting, which is also modern, as well as, traditional.
