Whispers in royal circles are getting louder! Meghan Markle’s influence over Prince Harry is once again under the spotlight, as a former ally of Princess Diana claims that the Duke is ‘blindly following’ his wife. It looks like Meghan might have several fans, but Tina Brown, a royal biographer, isn’t one of them. Brown has written many books on the Royal family and how she has accused Meghan of a lot of things. Read on to know more about it.
Prince Harry has been described as a ‘lamb to the slaughter’ by former Vanity Fair editor Tina Brown. Brown who was always one of Diana’s confidantes has slammed Meghan Markle for her terrible judgement and claimed that the Duke follows his wife’s demands blindly. The former Suits alum has been accused of masterminding Harry’s decision to leave the royal fold in 2020 and start their lives in LA.
The Sussexes have subsequently banked about $100 million by spilling royal secrets in interviews, Netflix programs, and Harry’s bombshell memoir Spare. While speaking at The Ankler podcast, Tina spoke about the Duchess’ frequent poor judgement and how she fails to understand public opinion. The journalist appeared with Janice Min to promote her new Substack newsletter, Fresh Hell and shared opinions on the Sussexes.

The former Vanity Fair editor was asked if she thought Harry will remain in the US and be married to Meghan Markle in 10 years. To which she responded, “I think he’s pretty much in the thrall of Meghan… He’s the lamb to the slaughter in this situation. I mean, he was terribly impressed by Meghan. He thought that she knew it all.” She also highlighted how Harry sort of blindly followed her like a child.
Brown continued to criticise Meghan by calling her business ideas and public ventures a ‘total crap.’ She said, “She’s flawless about getting it all wrong. All of her ideas are total crap, unfortunately.” Royal watchers believe that the mother-of-two is struggling to launch her lifestyle brand after announcing the venture in March.
