Next week, Tom King’s story takes a shocking turn when a mystery figure unexpectedly jumps him. His new girlfriend, Amelia Spencer, finds him beaten up and bloodied. Upon inquiry, Tom admits that he was attacked, but he fails to reveal the identity of his attacker. Is it because he doesn’t know who attacked him, or is it because he is hiding yet another dark secret?
Emmerdale spoilers confirm that the walls are indeed closing in on Tom King. Almost every villager believes Belle Dingle’s version of the story, and Tom stands exposed for his abusive ways. However, there is one person who still sees him as a man who could do no wrong – his lover Amelia Spencer. Unfortunately, even that support will come crashing down soon.
In the upcoming episodes, Laurel Thomas finds Tom King covered in blood, she tries to help him, but he refuses to fo to A&E. The incident spooks Tom’s uncle Jimmy, and he starts to worry about his nephew’s safety, as the villagers turn against the villain. Tom’s horror doesn’t end with the mysterious attack.
He later notices that the villagers are mocking him by throwing an effigy that looks like him into the fire pit. Tom is left rattled by the incident and reaches his wits ends. He then takes out all his anger on Amelia Spencer. Will this incident finally open her eyes to who and what Tom really is?
