EastEnders icon Balvinder Sopal, who is best known for portraying the role of Suki Panesar, has teased ‘high stakes’ for the show’s forthcoming 40th milestone storylines. Longtime viewers know that the longest-running Soap will be completing four decades on screen next year in February, and now Sopal has dropped hints about what the fans can expect in the coming weeks.
The actress appeared on The One Show with her co-star Navin Chowdhry and spoke about lots of emotional drama. She highlighted, “We are also just as much in the dark as the public. But yeah, it’s EastEnders.” We had previously reported that to celebrate its anniversary, BBC soap will air a completely live episode where viewers will control the outcome of a love story.
