The streaming platform reportedly said, “The series will pull back the curtain on the sport, known primarily for its aesthetic and social scene, capturing the full story of what it takes to compete at its highest level.” We know that Harry and Meghan signed a contract with Netflix in 2020, and they are working on different projects this time.
The series POLO will delve into the lives of professional polo players and offer an exclusive bts look behind the fast-paced world of the sport. A source told the Daily Mail that this show will not heavily feature Prince Harry and instead will focus on polo player Nacho Figueras. The insider said, “Let’s face it, Polo isn’t exactly a mainstream sport, so the attraction would have been watching Harry. Without him, it’s marginal at best.”

We know that Sussexes’ Netflix deal expires next year, so they need a huge hit. However, many sources believed that, “For a show about a sport of kings, Polo barely features any royalty. It’s not the Harry show, it’s the Nacho show.” The couple’s debut show broke various Netflix records and became a huge hit. In 2023, Harry released Heart of the Invictus, but the show didn’t garner the same kind of attention.
