Sinister Nish Panesar has finally bid adieu to EastEnders, but it’s clear we’re going to miss him more than we thought. EastEnders star Navin Chowdhry has left the BBC programme, and his co-stars have paid tribute to him after his dramatic departure. The actor, who portrayed Nish for two years, bid farewell to the show last week after being arrested for taking the fall for Keanu’s murder. Viewers saw Nish and Suki plotting against each other—she told The Six that if she gets back with her ex, he will take the blame for Linda.
But this was all a ruse, and Nish soon finds out that Suki is trying to play him. As Nish and Suki discuss the situation, the sinister Nish awakens and pushes Suki onto the table. But this assault stops soon as Avani screams at her grandfather to stop. It looks like Avani will become terrified of Nish’s dark behaviour and ask him to let her go if he has any good left in his heart.

After looking at Avani, Nish will actually listen to someone and decide to take the fall for Keanu’s murder. He will call the police and spin a massive story about how he killed Keanu last Christmas Day. But, we know he didn’t really do it and is just trying to feel a bit about himself. Now that Nish has departed, Navin, on the last day of his shoot, spent time with his on-screen family.
The actor shared a video of himself and his Panesar family while captioning it, ‘Family ♥️🙏🏾♥️🙏🏾.’ His on-screen son, Actor Aaron, rushed to the comments section and wrote, ‘The best two years with you on-screen Father ❤️🙏🏽❤️’ while Gurlaine Kaur Garcha, who played Suki and Nish’s daughter Ash, said: ‘Love you, on-screen dad. the very best of the best. so lucky to have shared the screen with you xxxxxx’. We sure will miss Nish and his dark side on the show. For more such EastEnders updates, keep following Soap Opera Daily!
