David Platt Meets Clayton Hibbs, Joel’s Killer Is Exposed
Previously, we saw that David read an email from the prison. Next week, David admits to Nick that Clayton has sent a visitation request. Nick encourages David to tell Shona the truth about the email. However, even before David can come clean to Shona, she tells him that the police had informed her that Clayton was in the hospital. But what happened to him?
Coronation Street Spoilers reveal that the truth about Joel’s murder finally comes out in a flashback sequence. Initially, Dee-Dee visits Kit and admits that she hit Joel on the head with a crowbar in self-defense. However, she asserts that he was alive when she left. Later, Kit informs Lisa that he feels she is being set up, and that someone deliberately planted her spray with the murder weapon.
We know Lauren borrowed it from Lisa when Joel went missing. Does that mean she is the one who killed Joel and planted the evidence to frame Lisa? We’ll find out the truth by the end of the week through a flashback sequence from the night of the murder.
Mason Begins A Redemption Arc, Lauren Stresses Over Her Life
Next week, on Corrie, Sally Metcalfe rips into Tim for letting Mason Radcliffe into their lives. Her mother’s ring has gone missing, and she suspects the boy took it. However, when Tim confronts Mason, the lad’s brothers mock the troublemaker. Tim instantly senses how scared Mason is. Later, the boy admits that he tipped off the police to help them discover Sally and Tim’s car. Will this intel melt their hearts towards troubled Mason?
At the hospital, Lauren Bolton confides in Max Turner that she fears the social service will take away her baby – Frankie. However, Max assures Lauren that if they stick together, everything will be fine. But can he live up to that promise?
Elsewhere, Bernie insists that Paul would have wanted them to include Billy in their family. However, Gemma is still fuming over the pass Billy made at Todd Grimshaw and storms off in anger.
