Days of Our Lives loves to throw surprise pregnancies in the mix whenever possible, and we are not complaining about that at all! Baby drama is perhaps one of the best kinds of drama on soaps, as it opens up the door for so many secondary storylines. However, of late, we have seen many failed pregnancies, like Sloan’s and then Chanel’s.
Maybe it is time for Days of Our Lives to ring the baby bells for a couple, and actually go through with it! And we have the perfect one in mind- Jada and Rafe. The two recently announced their engagement, and Rafe has a new family member in town, it would be the perfect prelude to a marriage!
Besides, it has been a while since Rafe was at the center of any big storyline. So a surprise pregnancy could put him and Jada in the spotlight. Rafe has been on the soap for about 20 years and he still does not have a baby, so we think getting a family with Jada could be a really nice development in his overall story.
But hey baby bells for him doesn’t just mean it has to come from Jada. While we would absolutely love that, wouldn’t it be a tad more dramatic if it came from somewhere else? We mean, what’s a soap without some secret children that the characters don’t know about? Think about it, wouldn’t it be explosive if one of Rafe’s long-lost children from a past relationship showed up in Salem right ahead of his wedding with Jada?
Spicy! Isn’t it? It would add a whole new dimension to their storyline! Well, we are all geared up for some baby drama, or for a drama form a secret grown up kid! We’ll take either! What about you?
