Prince Harry Talks About Father-Son Relationship!
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex served as executive producers in their new Netflix series, Polo. It was mostly shot at the US Open Polo Championship in Wellington, Florida. The estranged royal couple themselves appeared in episode five of the series, where Prince Harry interviewed Argentine professional polo player Adolfo Cambiaso. For the unversed, Adolfo is one of the best players who now competes against his own 18-year-old son, Poroto.
While discussing the father-son relationship dynamic, Harry said, “You’ve created something special. He’s doing amazing things.” To this, Cambiaso replied, “We play together a lot, you know. You can play with your kid, something that you love.” The royal father-of-two also quizzed him about the challenging situation of playing against your own blood. The Polo champion admitted that it’s definitely difficult, but it’s worse when you lose.
Prince Harry jumped on the matter instantly and jokingly added, “You’re proud, but also angry.” It looks like Harry got to reminisce about the time he used to play against his father, King Charles, while speaking to Adolfo. Royal fans know that Harry and King’s relationship has been strained ever since he stepped down from the royal world in 2020 and moved to LA with his wife and kids.
