Will Stacey And Martin Reunite On EastEnders?
EastEnders Spoilers suggests that Stacey Slater will soon find love again with her ex-husband, Martin. The BBC soap recently confirmed that Martin has been part of a Christmas love triangle ever since Ruby Allen returned to Walford. She came back with an explosive update about giving birth to their son, Roman, while in prison. In recent weeks, we learned how Roman is in the hospital and dealing with autoimmune hepatitis.
In order to get better, Martin’s son needs to undergo a liver transplant. After learning that Martin is a match for Roman, he will agree to go through this life-threatening surgery for his son. Later, he confides in Stacey and admits he’s worried about the procedure, leading to an emotional kiss between the exes. While discussing her latest feelings over hers and Martin’s relationship, actress Lacey Turner said that her character “always had feelings” for Martin.
She also mentioned, “I think they are one of those couples that shouldn’t be together, but they really want to be together.” Turner noted that every time the duo tries to be together, it doesn’t work for them. And now that Ruby’s with him- Stacey has once again started to have feelings for him. The soap actress also opened up about whether Stacey feels threatened by Ruby and Martin having a new family.

She said, “I don’t think she feels threatened, and she’s quite understanding in terms of his son Roman. But I think she doesn’t trust Ruby as far as she can throw her.” Turner also believes that her character and Martin will definitely work if they get back together this time.
