If you have followed our last few Emmerdale spoilers, you will know about the angry showdown between Will Taylor and Kim Tate. The festival episode will show Will’s life at stake as he has a heart attack, and Kim delays the help. It may come as a surprise, though, because it was Kim whom Will was trying to take revenge on. But has the opposite happened? Let’s find out.
How the Trouble Started
By now, we are all aware of Will’s evil revenge schemes. He has joined hands with Kim’s financial advisor, Peter, to take Kim down, but there’s a third individual involved in all this, too. Turns out, the third-party was none other than Joe Tate. Yes, Kim’s grandson, Joe, is finally back in the village after six years and has been giving instructions to Peter. But in the Christmas episode, we will get a surprise – as Joe visits Home Farm unannounced and tries to lay a trap for Will.
As Will has previously conveyed his intentions of not going in with Kim’s revenge plan anymore, it didn’t sit well with Joe. It seems like he is back for revenge and, like a tattletale, rats out Will’s past revenge plans. Kim and Will had the time of their lives before he came in. Both were genuinely renewing their wedding vows; now, even Will wants this marriage to work out. But it seems like destiny has other plans for the two.
Kim Can’t Forgive Will
As soon as Joe comes in, he influences Kim negatively regarding Will. Once he discloses all Will has planned, he even lies about how Will approached her son Jamie for revenge. He even goes on to say that he and Peter are just testing out Will’s honesty. When he is not sure if these lies are working or not – he tries to win Kim over emotionally and says there’s nothing more important to him than family. Adding to that, he says all he wants is to open her eyes regarding Will’s intentions and save her from the humiliation.
Kim couldn’t believe what she heard from Joe, so she asked for some time to talk to her husband. Once Joe is gone, Will tries to explain to Kim how things have been and his true intentions. However, all his efforts seem to be falling flat, as Kim can neither trust nor forgive him. Following this, we see Will collapsing again with sudden chest pains, but Kim remains unbothered.
Maybe because Will has faked his death before, Kim thinks this is one of his acts, too. Is Kim right? Or is Will seriously ill? Only the upcoming Emmerdale spoilers can reveal the truth. Till then, stay tuned to Soap Opera Daily. Who are you supporting – Will or Kim?
