EastEnders Icon Patsy Is ‘Heartbroken’
Patsy Palmer, the legendary actress – who plays the role of fan-favorite Bianca Jackson on EastEnders is heartbroken. Her friends and family are struggling through wildfires in LA. Fans of the popular actress know that she moved to Malibu ten years ago with her husband Richard and kids. However, he keeps coming across the pond to film for the BBC soap. And now, Palmer has taken to her Instagram and revealed that her hometown has been affected by the disaster.
Her caption read, ‘My heart is broken. My brain is fried today looking at the devastating scenes of the fires AGAIN in my hometown. I just returned home to my home intact after the fires a couple of weeks ago. And left on Saturday to work in the UK, and now this.’ She also highlighted that her family is safe but many of her friends have lost their homes. The actress also penned that she was crying and praying as she wrote this.

Patsy’s Stint On BBC Soap
‘Richard and kids are there safe and evacuated. This is huge. Really wasn’t expecting this. Heartbroken. Stay safe,’ she concluded. Furthermore, Palmer’s post was soon filled with well wishes and support from co-stars and fans. Little Mo Slater actress Kacey Ainsworth wrote, ‘Bless you J what an awful time for everyone and scary wish you all safe.’ It is so heartbreaking to see our beloved stars struggle with something so horrifying, and our hearts go out to them.
As for Patsy’s stint on BBC soap, she recently reprised her role as Bianca for two guest stints in 2024. She is currently being held hostage by Sonia Fowler’s fiance, Reiss Colwell after she learned that she actually murdered his wife, Debbie.
