General Hospital spoilers reveal that Michael’s tragedy is a message for Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) and Martin Grey (Michael Knight). The lawyers see it as an opportunity and pounce, filing for temporary custody of Michael’s kids. But guess what? Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) still has her moral compass intact.
Martin pitches the idea to her, but she isn’t having it. Her heart goes out to Michael, who’s in the ICU, and it’s her priority to make sure he survives. Subsequently, she chooses not to make any custody decisions. Interestingly, Diane opts for a different approach and gets Carly to greenlight the custody move.
What happens next? Diane shows up at Nina Reeves’ (Cynthia Watros) penthouse along with a judge’s order in hand to take the kids. Nina and Martin get upset, but a little nugget of information about Michael’s medical proxy changes everything! It turns out Willow holds all the power here, leading Martin to concoct a backup plan.

Willow flexes her medical proxy power, threatening to withhold critical treatment for Michael unless she gets Wiley and Amelia back. Consequently, Carly is torn between choosing her son’s health and losing her grandkids forever.
