EastEnders Icon Cliff Planning His Comeback?
Former EastEnders legend Cliff Parisi has got us all excited after he discussed his possible return to Walford after being away for 15 significant years. The star, best known for his portrayal of Minty Peterson, opened up about his comeback being in the works. Parisi appeared on The One Show recently and was smiling as he chatted with hosts Alex Jones and Roman Kemp.
He was asked about the possibility of reprising his role in Walford. And the popular actor didn’t shy away and said that he loved playing Minty. He also added, “I had such a ball and you know I’ve been watching the repeats, and I remember how much fun it was and what a laugh we had!” Cliff also expressed how grateful he has been to the show for all that it brought to him. However, he then added, “Never say never, but I don’t like going backwards, I like to keep my eyes on the forward.”
Long-time viewers know that Parisi made his debut on the BBC programme in 2002 and quickly won the hearts of many with his wicked sense of humor. He then left Walford after going through a series of personal setbacks and failed relationships. Ever since departing from the UK soap, the actor has been busy with other acting projects. He has made appearances on shows like Call The Midwife and Doctor Who.
