General Hospital Spoilers confirm that Michael Corinthos’ exit from the soap is almost upon us. He is currently recovering at GH from the burns he sustained at Sonny’s penthouse explosion. However, he won’t be in there for too long. We know that actor Chad Duell, who plays Michael, has already exited the soap. Thus, the writers are pushing Michael off the canvas indefinitely.
In recent episodes, Jack Brennan gave Carly updates on a medical clinic in Germany that specializes in burn treatment. It promises to deliver results just as good as Ava received from the burn clinic where she recovered. General Hospital Spoilers reveal that Jack even managed to secure a place for Michael in the facility. Now, it is only a matter of time before Carly convinces Sonny and Willow to let Mikey go to the German clinic.
Speaking of Ava’s recovery at the clinic, many fans would remember how her stint there led to Jason Morgan getting discovered. We wonder if the makers are paying an ode to the same storyline! Of course, Jason is already in Port Charles and does not require getting discovered. However, there is another beloved GH character that fans would love to see again. Not too long ago, Spencer Cassadine was presumed dead after he and Esme drowned in the ocean after falling from the boat.
Spencer Cassadine Returns
What if Spencer did not die in the mishap? The only reason the character was written off the canvas was because Spencer’s portrayer, Nicholas Chavez, left the show. But if the makers want the character back, they can always recast it! It wouldn’t be the first time! We have seen many major characters getting recast time and again. In fact, the timing is perfect for Spencer to return to the soap!
Trina mourned him for a really long time. However, she has just started to move on in life with Kai. So, if Spencer were to return, it would open the door for the perfect love triangle! And we are here for the drama! So, stay tuned to Soap Opera Daily for more General Hospital Spoilers on this speculative twist! Meanwhile, would you be on board with a Spencer recast? Tell us in the comments.
