Coronation Street star Jessica Ellis has opened up about her time on the soap and expressed that she had a great time. The actress who previously portrayed Tegan Lomax on Hollyoaks joined the ITV soap for a guest stint earlier this week as troublemaker Brie. Viewers saw Brie trying to ruin Lauren Bolton’s prison while she was in prison. It looks like she wanted to create more issues for the young mum after her role in Joel Deering’s death.
Spoilers relay that Brie informed Lauren that she was around just to stir up more problems for Lauren in a heated confrontation last week. We will also see Brie making a big accusation during Lauren’s trial as Roy Cropper gives testimony. For all the right reasons, Lauren will be scared for her future and the outcome of Brie’s action will be aired soon. But as of now Brie actress Jessica Ellis has confirmed her exit through an Instagram post.
The popular soap opera star took to her social media and posted pictures of herself in Corrie’s actor coats. She captioned the post, “Well I had to get a picture in that iconic coat didn’t I? As a Manchester gal, what a moment in my career to get to be in the most iconic soap that I grew up with @coronationstreet not only that!” She also mentioned working with industry legend, Mickey Jones.

‘I had a ball, and everyone was so bloody lovely! So I’ve only got one more soap to do! Can you guess which one it is? Do I get an award if I complete them all,’ she added.
