Coronation Street fans may have to face another heartbreak as one of Corrie’s long-running actors might exit the soap soon. In a TikTok video that the soap’s superfan Aaron shared—many other fans noticed that one of the veteran actor’s houses was all boarded up. What does that mean? Keep reading to find out.
A Shocking Clue For Fans Shakes Things Up
As fans already know, there have been a series of exits from the soap recently. Following Helen Worth’s exit after fifty years, there have been a number of exits, and many are lined up. But now, with the recently surfaced video, it seems like—another one of the show’s veteran actors is set to exit.
Recently, Corrie superfan Aaron visited the soap’s set and shared a video on his TikTok profile. He got the chance to walk around the set and share sneak peeks of the Prima Doner Kebab shop, the Precinct, and the police station, and even look at Sally’s garden. But then, when the camera turned, it left us shocked.
Is Ken Exiting Coronation Street?
When Aaron moved the camera to the iconic street, the door to number one was completely boarded up. As long-time viewers are already aware, this is the house of the famous Barlow family, where Ken, Cassie, Tracy, and Amy live right now. So, what does it mean for the family? Have they already exited the show?
The discovery had sparked concerns about the future of Ken Barlow in the soap, portrayed by the 92-year-old William Roache. Roache has been a constant on the cobbles since 1960 in the show. Given the ongoing drama in Cassie’s storyline, we are clearly not ready for him to exit right now. Only the upcoming Coronation Street spoilers can reveal what’s ahead for Ken in the soap. Until then, stay tuned to Soap Opera Daily for more updates as they come.
