While most women were able to get to safety, one slipped into the lake through a crack.
Amy Wyatt was the one with the tough luck. She slipped into the frozen lake and found herself colliding with a rotting body. However, that was the least of her concerns. The bigger problem was to find a way out. Unfortunately, when she tried to swim back to the surface, she found herself trapped in the frozen lake. She banged at the surface but to no avail. Eventually, she lost her breath and passed out.
Emmerdale spoilers confirm that an unconscious Amy started to drift down to a watery grave. But what will happen next? Will the unconsciousness turn into a forever sleep, or will she be rescued in the nick of time? We will have to wait and find out. Natalie enthused that the fans will be enthralled by the scenes, and pointed that the soap has gone all out in filming the stunt. Furthermore, the actress promised that there will be “death and injuries” in the aftermath. But who will breathe their last? Will it be her own character? She didn’t say. But the odds are not in Amy Wyatt’s favour as of now. However, she did say that viewers will experience high drama. They will also experience peril and death. So, it is certain that someone will indeed die, but we don’t know who.
