EastEnders spoilers suggest that Avani might just open up about her recent trauma. In the previous episode, her parents Ravi and Priya requested Jack to take further measures regarding their complaint about Avani. But he informs the couple that it is not possible to take any further actions.
He suggests that Avani herself should file a complaint. When Priya asks her to do so, she refuses. In the upcoming episode she will be ignoring her mother and going to the laundrette to stay away from her. She then spends her time with Yolande and tries to help out in folding the sheets. Avani then decides to open up with her about her recent trauma.
She questions her if she felt it was done in an inappropriate manner. Avani replied that according to them, it was but made her naked. She further added that she stood without her clothes in front of strangers even though she didn’t do anything wrong. “Now I just keep thinking about it all the time,” the teenager added.
Yolande tried to comfort the girl, soon after which the pair went to the police station. Priya reached there as she received a message about the same. She then questions her about how she suddenly changed her decision. Yolande tells her that her daughter is very strong and leaves by letting Priya take over. Soon after which the mother-daughter files an official complaint about the strip check.
Avani’s Plan Landed Her In Police Station
Earlier the teenager tried to cheer up her grieving friend Lily Slater, who lost her stepfather tragically. She planned to skip school in order to cheer her up. She even convinced Priya to do the same.
As the girls were having a good time, a drug dealer popped up and offered them some pills. Even though Avani refused to take them, it was too late as the police appeared. The dealer dropped the bag full of pills on Avani’s foot, which got noticed by the police, and the girls were taken to the police station.
As other girls were collected by their parents, Avani was left behind. She was then told that they would strip check her to confirm that she did not have more drugs concealed under her clothes. Later, when her parents found out about their daughter’s traumatic experience, they decided to file a complaint.
