Kim’s life has been full of ups and downs. Her spouse, Will Taylor, died of a heart attack in the festive season. Then, Kim’s absent grandson, Joe Tate, returned to the village after six years. Joe has been hiding many secrets and is involved in a scandal. Soap viewers are aware of Joe’s illegal kidney transplant and a secret affair with Dawn Fletcher.
Though there are rumours that Joe will take over Home Farm, the experienced fans suggest that it will be someone else – someone who has deep past storylines in the show will take control.
One of the soap fans claimed on a Facebook page that it won’t be Joe, but it will be Kim’s son, Jamie, for sure. Another agreed that the soap could be setting up his return. One of the soap enthusiasts added that they had been saying that Emmerdale needs to bring back Jamie.
Jamie Is Set To Return After 29 Years!
Jamie is the son of Kim and Frank, and he has been a part of the big plots in the village. His storylines included intense fights and affairs. The viewers saw him in 2021 when he faked his death in a car accident. Furthermore, Kim thought that her son had died, but she was unaware that Jamie was alive and was staying with his daughter, Millie and her grandmother.
The famous Home Farm has been a residence for characters like Kim Tate, Charity Dingle and Andy Sugden for many years. The giant property is located half a mile away from the village. It consists of eleven bedrooms. It contains a granny flat and an estate enterprise. Kim is currently the owner of the Hoke Farm.
She inherited the property after the death of her ex-husband, Frank Tate, who owned it in 1989.
