Home and Away spoilers: Alf Returns to Find Marilyn Struggling
Home and Away spoilers reveal Alf is back in town, but he soon realizes that the vibes are off. Why? He notices that something is up with Marilyn, who reveals she’s been staying at Irene’s because Eliza gives her chills. Subsequently, the man confronts Roo, who’s living in her own bubble of denial.
Finally, she opens up to her father, spilling that Eliza once threatened a boy with a broken bottle. Roo also reveals that her daughter has been stealing things around the house, including Alf’s own knife. Meanwhile, Roo realizes that she acted too harshly with Marilyn and offers an apology, but it backfires big time.
Marilyn is no longer nice about the situation and even tells Roo to call the department about Eliza. She refuses straight up, so the former takes matters into her own hands. The woman moves back in but gets a rather frosty welcome. In fact, Eliza’s mother claims that Marilyn is only back to “call the shots,” while Alf is also a little unsure.
Marilyn Doesn’t Give Up, Is Alf In Danger?
However, Marilyn doubles down on her mission to expose the teen after realizing that it’s not just about her anymore. An insider explained how Marilyn is the only person who can understand the gravity of the situation. “She reckons it’d be better for her to return so she can keep a close eye on things,” they added.
Furthermore, Eliza approaches Alf with an apologetic act that doesn’t seem very convincing to him. He comes with his own T&C: the teen is grounded and now officially on bait shop and Surf Club duty. But Eliza’s rebellious side makes her ditch the chores halfway. ConsequentLy, Alf gets frustrated and makes sure her granddaughter gets the scolding.
But Roo still rushes to Eliza’s defence, saying he’s being too hard on her. A source revealed, “Alf is a tough taskmaster and won’t take any nonsense.” The character thinks Roo’s love has spoiled the teen, who requires stronger discipline instead.
