Harper Is Dubious!
In the next week’s episodes, Harper makes a major decision about her future with Tane after he opens up about his feelings for her. Harper and Tane had been in a romantic relationship when Harper became pregnant after a one-night stand with Tane. Though Harper loved Tane before they started having a physical relationship, it soon became clear that he wanted to be a father to baby Archie rather than build a connection with Harper.
Harper was sad when Tane suggested they should start living together for practical reasons. Then Dana told him to prove that he loves Harper, not just the baby. Tane said he wanted to marry Harper. When Tane asked Cash to be his best man, he was shocked as Tane told him that he didn’t love Harper. Even John questioned the pair’s relationship. Tane said they need a basic ceremony to formalise things. This made John think that something was wrong. Then Harper told Dane that Tane never confessed his love.
Harper Confesses To Dane!
When Harper looked at Tane’s wedding photo with his late wife, Felicity, she saw a smile on Tane’s face. On the wedding eve, she stood in front of the mirror in her wedding gown. She started crying. In the upcoming episodes, Harper is in her room while Dana and Irene return home. They are both excited for the ceremony as Irene has agreed to come. When Irene observes that Harper is anxious, Dana checks in on her sister. She sees her sobbing.
Then Harper confesses that she is doubting her decisions. She told Tane how she had been feeling, but he didn’t care. Dana tells her to find a way before it’s too late. Elsewhere, on Saxene Avenue, Cash asks Tane if he loves Harper. Harper enters, overhearing the conversation from outside. She asks for the answer.
She says she is also dubious about their relationship. Then Tane says he doesn’t love her. But Tane tells her that he cares for her and the baby, so they shouldn’t put everything behind them. When she returns, Harper confesses everything to Dana. Her sister tells her that she still has time to consider her decision.
Harper Breaks Up With Tane!
The next day, Harper returns to Tane’s house. She says she can’t do this. Tane tries to reassure her, but Harper tells him that she doesn’t want a loveless marriage. Then Tane tells Cash about it while Harper tells Dana, Irene, and John. Later, Cash comes to check on Harper. She gives her the ring to return it to Tane. Later, Dane asks how they will co-parent the child. Harper didn’t think about it earlier.
Later, Harper decides to meet Tane. Dane also goes along with her. They talk about how things would work ahead. But Tane suggests moving on with their original co-parenting plan. Harper tells him not to get involved in Archie’s life. Tane tries to stop her, but Harper gets angry. Then Cash intervenes and tells Tane to go away. Tane is baffled.
