He managed to rescue Zack. But when he got up, he got confused and tried moving the steering wheel.
This caused a huge car crash, and the car fell into the lake. Teddy was seen getting out of the car and reaching the lakeside. But Zack was nowhere to be found. While everyone was wondering whether he was alive or dead, a clip was leaked in which Zack was seen at No. 43. He later revealed that he swam to the opposite side of the lake to get away from the Mitchells, as he assumed they were about to kill her.
