Just when Theo believes he’s getting somewhere with Lacey in Home and Away, things get complicated, and potentially dangerous. In the meantime, wedding bells are tolling in the distance for one couple, and an apology brings about a friendship reboot, though not everyone leaves satisfied.
Theo Makes His Move, But Lacey Hits the Brakes
Theo catches sight of Lacey lying on the beach sunbathing and figures his opportunity to sort things out. But the moment is short-lived, Gage emerges out of the waves, and in an instant, the atmosphere changes. With Gage hovering over him at all times, Theo can’t seem to catch a break.
Later, Theo finally has a decent moment alone with Lacey and gives it to her straight. He tells her he wants more than stolen moments, he wants an actual relationship. But Lacey shuts down.
She reminds him what they’re playing with. Gage is not safe, and if he catches wind of anything, things can quickly get out of hand.
Despite Theo’s efforts, Lacey doesn’t budge. She makes it clear, she’s happy to continue their affair in secret, but going public is off the table. The lovers believe they’re keeping things under wraps, but what they don’t realise is that Gage already knows, and he’s not sitting idle.
Gage Sets a Trap as Theo Takes the Bait in Home and Away
As the day continues, Theo learns that there’s another race happening at Gage’s house. Assuming it’s business as usual, he goes over there not knowing that Gage might have something else in store for him aside from a friendly competition.
The situation seems a bit too easy, and as Theo ventures onto Gage’s territory, it becomes evident that he might be stepping into a trap. Gage wants revenge, and now that he’s aware of Theo and Lacey, anything goes.
