Following her brave testimony that helped put Gage behind bars, Lacey assumed her troubles with the River Boys were finally over. But trouble took a new shape when new Sergeant David Langham started digging into the case files. When he came across Lacey’s name, he immediately asked Cash to bring her in for questioning.

The promo opens with Jo unconscious after a car crash, bloodied and shaken, before slowly coming to. Soon after, Cash tries to get to the root of Lacey’s pain.
