Remi’s under pressure with album deadlines closing in Home and Away, and Theo’s doing his best to move on after everything that’s happened with the River Boys. But this week in Summer Bay, both of them end up facing situations they didn’t see coming.
Remi’s Big Mistake Catches Up With Him
Lately, Remi’s been flat out trying to finish work on both Kirby and Avalon’s albums. The pressure’s been insane, and to cope, Avalon gave him some pills to help him stay awake and get everything done. At first, Remi went along with it, thinking it was a quick fix.
Now, as Kirby’s album launch finally arrives, Remi starts feeling the effects of those pills. He doesn’t show up at the event, he’s in no state for it. Justin gives him a ring and tries to talk some sense into him, but Remi hangs up mid-call and soon after, things go downhill fast.
Back at his place, Remi collapses on his bed, completely out of it. At the launch, Bree can’t shake the feeling that something’s not right. She tells Eden and Dana she’s worried, and Justin overhears the conversation. He knows something’s wrong and asks Sonny to check on Remi.
Sonny heads straight over and finds Remi unconscious on the floor, with an empty sachet of drugs beside him. It’s clear now that the pills Remi thought would keep him going have landed him in real danger. According to Adam Rowland, his character truly thought he could manage things quietly and that no one needed to know. But now, there’s no hiding what’s happened.
Theo’s Nightmare Isn’t Over Yet in Home and Away
While Remi’s dealing with one crisis, Theo’s facing another. After being kidnapped by the River Boys not long ago, Theo’s trying to move on with his life. Now that Lacey is on his side, things have been looking up, and to help put that whole experience behind him, he decides to sell his car. Too many bad memories tied to it.
When someone shows interest and offers to pay in cash, Lacey isn’t convinced. Something doesn’t sit right with her, but Theo goes ahead with the deal anyway. It all seems to go fine, at first. But as Theo walks to the bank, cash in hand, he’s attacked out of nowhere. One punch knocks him unconscious, and the attacker grabs the money and runs. Just like that, Theo’s back in a world of pain.
Remi’s scary collapse and Theo’s sudden attack have left everyone shaken. Bree and Justin will be scrambling to support Remi, and Theo’s once again left picking up the pieces after a brutal encounter. Can Remi recover and come clean about what really happened?
