He runs into Owen, who spiked Robert Sugden’s drink. However, he finds that Owen is a patient of Liam Cavanagh. He is called to the surgery to renew a repeat prescription. However, John recognises Owen and kicks him out. Later, Liam received a request from Owen, but when he went to check on him, there was no response.
He gets concerned that something might have happened, so he comes again but gets no response. So, he calls the police. They find out that Owen is dead. However, they also found a suicide note in which he mentioned that he had killed Nate Robinson. Liam is in a state of shock, but he has no idea that John was behind this. He doesn’t know that the note is fake.
Robert Finds The Alibi – John Is In Danger!
Meanwhile, the news spreads around the community, and the police reveal more details about this to Nate’s family. Owen’s note mentioned that he had an altercation with Nate, which ended in violence and death. However, Robert is surprised by the revelations about Owen. Furthermore, he is relaxed that he doesn’t have to confront him anymore. John might have rescued his half-brother from a bad date, but it is a little suspicious for Owen to show up once again. Robert thinks that John is hiding something.
Meanwhile, Robert goes to the surgery to find out more about Owen. Claudette told him that initially, John responded to the callout for Owen’s visit. He tracks his brother Steve and finds out Owen has an alibi for the day Nate was killed, so he hasn’t killed him. Robert goes to the police station to inform them about this.
