Kim Tate has mentioned her project a couple of times recently. However, the exact details of it were not revealed. Meanwhile, the soap fans know that she is currently working with Robert Sugden. John’s half-brother recently bought Annie’s land back from Moira Dingle. However, in the recent episode, Kim Tate shared that she doesn’t want to collaborate with the Sugdens for the long run.
Elsewhere in the previous episode, Crowley tried to get Kim’s money by fooling her and drugging her. However, when Kim learned about it, she saved herself from her love interest, Eddie. But she was not happy with Joe Tate, as he betrayed her trust by collaborating with Crowley earlier for the illegal kidney transplant. She told Joe that he had to work hard to regain her trust. Meanwhile, in the kitchen, Joe Tate happily listened to Kim Tate speak about her new project. He told her that he would be happy to help her with it. On the table, there was a map of the village and the surrounding fields. Kim Tate told Joe Tate that she planned to buy all the land that is around Home Farm, adding that she wanted to have the largest farm in North Yorkshire.
Kim knew that it would be an expensive project, but she disclosed to Joe that she would use it for commercial purposes. Joe said that if she doesn’t buy Annie’s field, her plan might fail. But Kim smiled at Joe and told him that she already had a plan for that. Though she has money, she wants more. Kim told Joe that she wanted to make the Tate legacy live on by getting richer.
