Her video gave fans an authentic, behind-the-scenes look at her day. “In between filming, by the way, which is why I’m dressed like an Amish woman,” Melissa quipped, as she and her family prepared to meet a litter of Cavapoo puppies. At the time, she wasn’t sure they’d bring one home. But just moments later, she was smitten.
Once she met Levi, there was no turning back. The next clip showed Melissa glowing with excitement. “Oh my gosh. Levi. Levi. Oh.” She continued, “We just wrapped and we are leaving Sugarcreek, Ohio… I also have a puppy. A very unexpected puppy.” Levi proved to be a perfect fit right away, even during the long drive back to Nashville. “He already fits right in. We are completely in love,” Melissa wrote. Just like that, her family — and her heart — grew bigger.
