In the recent episode, the soap fans saw John Sugden enjoying his holiday with his partner, Aaron Dingle. This happened after Mackenzie Boyd learned about his secret. He ran through the woods to save his life from the medic. But John Sugden knocked him down with a bow and arrow. Though Mack had escaped, the medic soon found him. He picked up a boulder and threw it at him. Thus, the soap fans were afraid that he might have killed him.
However, in Monday’s episode, the soap viewers saw John Sugden in the woods with his bow and arrow. He was targeting a group of deer. But when he made a noise, all the animals ran away. Thus, John wasn’t able to do anything. Later, he talked to Aaron Dingle and questioned whether he is perceived as weak.

But Aaron Dingle told him that he was one of the strongest people he had known. John was able to take down a deer on his next hunting round. Though the soap didn’t show the actual shot, it was clear that he had killed the animal. The camera shook to show the fall while John put down his bow with a smile.
