The soap fans know that in the recent episodes, Mackenzie Boyd found out the truth about John Sugden. He learned that the medic killed Nate Robinson. When John realised that Mack had learned the secret, he attacked him with an arrow and threw a boulder on his leg. Then he held him captive in an underground bunker.
In Thursday’s episode, the medic told Aaron Dingle to begin the renovation work in the cottage as the couple had decided to move in permanently. Then he went to the underground bunker and told Charity’s husband that he no longer trusts his husband, Aaron Dingle. He warned that the end was near and promised a future for the pair. Mack called him a hypocrite and a killer. He startled John, but while leaving, the medic left a screwdriver that helped Mack to escape.

Elsewhere, Moira Dingle was also in doubt that Mack wouldn’t just leave without a reason, but Charity said good riddance to her husband.
